Welcome to ship.pluv.io! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ship.pluv.io (the "Service"), operated by PLUV LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ship.pluv.io.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Payment
- The Service offers coding boilerplates for one-time purchase. Pricing details are available on our website.
- Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
- All purchases are final. Unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer refunds once a boilerplate has been delivered or made available to you.
- Any purchase of products, features, or upgrades ("Purchase") is subject to these Terms and the applicable License Agreement available at https://ship.pluv.io/legal/license.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase if fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity is suspected. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, issue or withhold a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
- ship.pluv.io, including its boilerplates, software, designs, and related materials, remains the property of the Company.
- Purchases grant you a license to use the boilerplates in accordance with the applicable license terms provided at the time of purchase. The current License Agreement is available at https://ship.pluv.io/legal/license.
- Users do not create content on ship.pluv.io, and the Service does not host any user-generated content.
5. Service Availability & Support
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur.
- Support is available as described on our website.
6. Privacy & Data Handling

- By using ship.pluv.io, you agree to our data practices.

- Upon termination, your access to purchased boilerplates and related services may be revoked if your license is terminated due to breach of these Terms.

- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or purchased products.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Purchase giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Prior to initiating arbitration, ship.pluv.io requests that users first attempt to resolve any concerns by contacting customer support at support@pluv.io. If the dispute remains unresolved, the party seeking arbitration must submit a formal Notice of Dispute to legal@pluv.io. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 calendar days of receiving the Notice of Dispute, either the customer or ship.pluv.io may proceed with arbitration.
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s ("AAA") rules and procedures.
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
10. Links to Other Websites
- The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ship.pluv.io.
- ship.pluv.io has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
- You acknowledge and agree that ship.pluv.io shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
